Dodge and Roadkill got permission to close off a stretch of Woodward Avenue and have actual, legal, drag racing. On Woodward. Where not-legal drag racing has been happening since probably the 1930s.

That's never happened before.

Anyway, lots of youtubes linked in that thread.. wish I could have been there, but not this year.. Next year for sure.

If folks in Europe are looking to travel to the US and have some automobile-related fun, this would be the time to come next year ..
