Re: Ouch!
Hi Tom,
I just read the story about the D.O.C. An accident is always annoying, the main thing is that you do not get hurt.
Good luck with the repairs !!!

Re: Ouch!
The repair process has started.. went in for the estimate today. I'm sure it will get fixed up OK.
But this has kinda kicked me in the butt to go get the 2014 that I've been wanting to buy.. so that process has started.
In the meantime, I still plan to keep the '07 .. I told the repair shop that the integrity of the trailer hitch is important, because it will soon be hauling around "the grandpony"...
You've all met the "granddog" riley, but now Lauren has a horse as well.. the "grandpony"
(5 year old Thoroughbred)

Re: Ouch!
'07 Grand Cherokee goes into the 'hospital' tomorrow morning.
This weekend Leah and I went to visit a 2014 GC Overland at my Jeep dealer. I had driven 2014 GCs before, but Leah had not seen one.. She fell in love. Really nice vehicle.
So once I'm sure there aren't any big issues with getting the '07 repaired, I'll be ordering a 2014. But keeping the '07.

Re: Ouch!
The '07 WK is back from repair, and I have to say that so far I am impressed with the workmanship. The shop did a really good job.
But, while it was in the shop, I decided it was time to order that 2014 that I've been thinking about for a long while.. Which our friends at Jefferson North just finished building, and it is now on a railcar making it's way to me
But the '07 is going to stay in the fleet.
And the grandpony is coming along very nicely as well
